Can you help me select a gift?

I'd love to help! Send me an email info@thenursery.com.au with some information about who you are buying for and how much you'd like to spend so that I can send you some ideas.

Can I change an item in my order?

If you'd like to change or cancel any item after placing your order, and before it has shipped, please contact us at info@thenursery.com.au

Are all your products in stock?

Yes! Having said that, very occasionally we may unexpectedly run out of something after you have placed your order. If this happens, we'll happily offer you a refund or a product substitution - whichever you'd prefer.

How do I purchase a Gift Card?

Gift cards are a digital product, found in the Extras menu.

Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions on how to redeem them at the checkout.

What are my packaging options?

All orders are packaged in one of our branded drawstring bags and where appropriate, items will also be wrapped in tissue paper. 

Where the shipping and billing addresses differ, a postcard with your name is included so that the recipient knows who sent them such a thoughtful gift. 

If you’d like to include a longer message, we recommend purchasing a card so that it can be kept as a keepsake.

Gift wrapping is also available at a cost of $6.95, you’ll find it in the Extras menu with gift cards and greeting cards.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express through Paypal, Google Pay, Shopify Pay or ApplePay. 

We are also proud to offer Afterpay so that you can shop now and pay later.

How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping within Australia on orders over $99.

Standard shipping is $9.95.

Express Post is $15.00.

What is your dispatch time?

All orders will be dispatched within two business days unless otherwise notified.

We expect Australia Post to deliver to metro areas on the next business day for Express Post and within 1-5 business days for standard shipping. For more information please visit Australia Post.

Got a deadline? Go for Express Post AND email info@thenursery.com.au, we’ll do our best to get it out on the same day.

Has my order been shipped yet?

You’ll receive an email to confirm your order has been shipped, so please check your inbox.

I’m trying to locate my order. How do I track my delivery?

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email from Australia Post which will have a link to ‘Track Your Order’.

Tracking data may not update until the next business day so don’t be worried if your tracking link doesn’t work right away.

Do you ship internationally?

Not as a standard option but we’d be happy to look into it for you.

Email info@thenursery.com.au with your address and a list of the products you’d like to order and we’ll send you a quote.

I need to return a product, how do I do that?

The Nursery offers free returns on all orders, excepting gift cards, sale items and perishables, within 30 days of receipt.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, The Nursery offers refunds on products returned within 30 days of receipts.  No refunds are offered on gift cards, sale items and perishables.
