What is a bundle?

We understand that sometimes you just want someone to tell you what goes together to make a great present!

We also know what it is like to shop for hampers and see filler products and expensive packaging to the point that you are not getting a lot of bang for your buck! That’s why we are offering bundles of product. Your gift will arrive in one our beautiful drawstring bags with a postcard identifying you as the sender plus we’ve also shaved a bit off the prices to say thanks for buying some of our favourite products together.

To take your bundle to the next level, why not add a card – we are happy to write (in our best handwriting that would make our teachers proud) your message that your loved one will surely keep as a momento of this special time.

Can you help me select a gift?

Can I change an item in my order?

If you wish to change or cancel any item after placing your order, and before it has shipped, please contact us at info@thenursery.com.au

Are all your products in stock?

Yes! Having said that, very occasionally we may unexpectedly run out of something after you have placed your order. Should this happen, we’ll happily offer you a refund or a product substitution – whichever you’d prefer.

How do I purchase a Gift Voucher?

Gift vouchers are a digital product, found HERE.

To purchase a gift voucher simply enter the amount you wish to gift your loved one.

Select ‘Add To Cart’. Now you can continue shopping or head straight to the checkout.

Once in the checkout, you’ll see a section titled ‘Coupon Receiver Details’ where you can select whether the gift voucher should be sent to you or to your recipient.

If you would like the digital gift voucher to be e-mailed directly to the recipient, select ‘Gift Coupons To Someone Else’.

Blank fields will appear where you can enter the recipient’s e-mail address and a message.

What are my packaging options?

All orders are packaged in one of our branded drawstring bags and where appropriate, items will also be wrapped in tissue paper.  For pictures please see the blog post “What will my order look like when it arrives and how is it different for a gift?”.

Where the shipping address and billing address differ, a postcard identifying the sender is included so that your recipient is aware of who sent them such a beautiful and thoughtful gift.  This postcard offers a space to identify yourself as the sender, however, should you wish to include a long message we recommend purchasing a card so that it can put aside as a keepsake by your friend or family member.

Gift wrapping is also available at a cost of $6.95 per grouping of products. For example, should your order include gifts for multiple recipients then these would each incur a gift wrapping charge. When one gift wrapping charge is applied to your cart, we will assume that all products can be wrapped together.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express through Paypal, Stripe or ApplePay.

We are also proud to offer Afterpay so that you can shop now and pay later.

How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping within Australia on orders over $99.

Standard shipping is $9.95.

Express Post is $15.00.

What is your dispatch time?

All orders will be dispatched within two business days unless otherwise notified.

We expect Australia Post to deliver to metro areas on the next business day for Express Post and within 1-5 business days for standard shipping.  For more information please visit Australia Post.

Has my order been shipped yet?

You will receive an e-mail to confirm your order has been shipped so please check your inbox.

I’m trying to locate my order. How do I track my delivery?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email from Australia Post which will have a link to ‘Track Your Order’. Tracking data may not update until the next business day so don’t be worried if your tracking link doesn’t work right away.

Do you ship internationally?

Not as a standard option but we’d be happy to look into it for you. E-mail info@thenursery.com.au with your address and a list of the products you’d like to order and we’ll send you a quote.

I need to return a product, how do I do that?

The Nursery offers free returns on all orders, excepting gift cards, sale items and perishables, within 30 days of receipt. For more information, please refer to the detailed Refunds and Returns page.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, The Nursery offers refunds on products returned within 30 days of receipts.  No refunds are offered on gift cards, sale items and perishables.  For more information, please refer to the detailed Refunds and Returns page.

Can I contact you by phone?

We prefer you to e-mail us but if you need to talk then just send us an e-mail with your phone number and we’ll give you a call.
